Motor
Trade Association's big Dynamics upgrade
Motor Trade Association has now successfully completed
their Version 4 upgrade. With a local release
date of around November 2006, the conversion took place successfully
in January 2007.
With the latest up to date software, MTA can now
utilize all the excellent new features offered
in Version 4. Of particular
interest is the ability to use SQL2005 features, such as reporting
services and analysis services. MTA has stepped up
from the 2.5 release of Axapta, through release 3 to the latest
4.1 release.
The MTA upgrade challenge included
the upgrade of a series of developments including a purpose
developed “Gift Voucher” module, “Subscription
Billing,” and a range of developments undertaken to Dynamics
CRM to handle their membership records.
Property Management Firm Selects Dynamics AX
One of SolutionPartners'
more recent clients manages the property portfolio for a large New Zealand
City Council using Dynamics AX. The
operation needed a financial and project accounting system
to control and report on the performance of their development
projects and substantial property portfolio. Dynamics AX offered
a flexible dimensional ledger with superior links to the organisations
favourite planning tool, Excel.
The combination of the experienced team
at SolutionPartners,
and the flexibility and functionality of Dynamics AX, offered a
modern, low risk solution that could be implemented in time for
the new financial year – starting
6 weeks after the purchase of the software!
